The Coffee:
A unique, high-quality blend of Arabica and Robusta beans, hand-roasted in small batches a few days before shipping and just before packaging, at a family-owned Tuscan craft roastery with over 40 years of experience. Our perfectly composed and carefully selected blend of beans allows you to prepare coffee at home, just like in the finest Italian bar or cafes. Intense and refined flavor. It’s perfect for espresso, café latte, and cappuccino. Special packaging ensures long-lasting freshness and aroma.

The Olive Oil:
Organic (biologico), unfiltered extra virgin olive oil straight from Italy, Tuscany. Produced by a local, family-owned, craft olive mill, from local harvests in the province of Arezzo. The olives are harvested annually around the turn of October and/or November, and this is when the oil is freshly pressed and packaged in appropriate containers. Naturally cloudy, only after some time do the particles sink to the bottom, which can affect the greater clarity of the product. It is believed that cloudy olive oil contains a higher concentration of polyphenols, which have a positive effect on health.
Olive oil is perfect for cold dishes (e.g. salad), frying or baking.
*WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT OLIVE OIL IS (BIOLOGICO) ORGANIC?
Organic (biologico) olive oil is produced in accordance with organic farming standards. This means it is a completely natural product, obtained using environmentally friendly methods, and its quality is confirmed by a relevant certificate (green leaf).
